Changes & cancellations
Free up to 12 hours before. Later than that, or a no-show, and we ask for 50% of the service.
Paying
Pay at the chair by card, phone or cash. No deposit for regular services; parties of 4+ pay a small deposit.
Kids & families
Kids under 12 are welcome any time before 17:00 on weekdays. One adult stays in the shop, please.

Both. Booked clients go first at their time, walk-ins take the gaps. The chair board shows the live wait so you can time your visit.
Most cuts take 40–50 minutes including the hot-towel neck finish. Buzz cuts are about 20 minutes, the Full Service about 80.
Yes. Pick a barber in the booking widget, or choose ‘First available’ for the earliest slot. Master barbers add a small surcharge.
Every barber here is trained on all hair types. For longer curls, Dee’s scissor work is the one to book.
Yes, in the shop or online, from $25. They never expire and work at all three locations.
