Booking policy

House rules.

Running late?

We hold your chair for 10 minutes. After that we’ll offer the next free slot so the queue keeps moving.

Changes & cancellations

Free up to 12 hours before. Later than that, or a no-show, and we ask for 50% of the service.

Paying

Pay at the chair by card, phone or cash. No deposit for regular services; parties of 4+ pay a small deposit.

Kids & families

Kids under 12 are welcome any time before 17:00 on weekdays. One adult stays in the shop, please.
